1. We sell digital and physical products, which are described separately as follows：

1.1 Digital Products
1.1.1. E-book
Once your order has been placed, the download link will be sent to your email immediately.
1.1.2. Audio course
After your order has been placed, we can send the download link to your email after confirming the receipt of your payment, which normally will not take more than two business days. After receiving the link, please download it to your computer as soon as possible, so that the link does not expire. If this happens, you can send an email to us at info@defupublishing.com, and we can resend it.

1.2. Physical Products
1.2.1. Books
· Postage within Australia (per book): $5.
· Overseas postage (per book):
New Zealand $14.4, China $15.5, USA and Canada $19.4, UK $20.5, other countries $20.9

1.1.2. Calligraphy Pillow
· Postage within Australia: $20 for one, $30 for two, $40 for three to five.
· For overseas orders, please contact us to confirm postage.

1.2.3. Calligraphy
· $30 per calligraphy for postage within Australia
· $60 per calligraphy for postage overseas

Order dispatch time is currently 1-3 business days plus delivery time：2-6 working days within Australia and 20-30 working days overseas. Please note we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates. The above delivery time frames are estimates only as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery.

Postage rates are calculated on a per order basis. Orders to the same recipient and address may be combined at the time of dispatch at our discretion.

We will replace all orders that are lost or damaged in transit or refund if replacement is not possible however we will not replace or refund orders simply because they were delivered later than estimated.
